BST MANAGEMENT PROFILE

BST reports to a Board of Directors comprising of the appointed representative from each of the Shareholders, including the Managing Director of the Company and convene meetings on a quarterly basis each year.

The Managing Director is answerable to the Board and manages the Company under the guidance of the Board of Directors.

Onshore administration is provided through service agreements with BGC and Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd (BSP).

Management, financial, legal and corporate, administrative and human resource services are provided for by BGC commencing June 2005.

Shell Trading and Shipping Company Limited (STASCO) is the appointed Ship Manager of the ABADI. STASCo duties, among others, is to manage and operate the vessel in a safe and efficient manner to satisfy contractual obligations to BLNG.
