BGC MANAGEMENT PROFILE

BGC reports to a Board of Directors comprising of the appointed representative from each of the Shareholders, including the Managing Director of the Company and convene meetings on a quarterly basis each year.

The Managing Director is answerable to the Board and manages the Company under the guidance of the Board of Directors.

Assisting the Managing Director in running the day to day operations of the Company are four departments comprising of:

a) Finance Department:
    In charge of the financial operations and accounting matters;

b) Legal and Corporate Department:
    This also includes company secretarial advice, assistance and services to the Board of Directors;

c) Administration and Human Resources Department:
    Responsible for the onshore administration matters and providing human resource services with
    regards to the social welfare of the seafarers employed; and

d) Operations Department:
    Shell Trading and Shipping Company Limited (STASCO) is the appointed Ship Manager of the ABADI.
    Among STASCo's duties is to manage and operate the vessel in a safe and efficient manner to
    satisfy contractual obligations to BLNG.
